Student testimonials:

Attached videos are the testimonials of the students, teacher and principal at the Govt. Sen. Sec. School at Nathupur. These testimonials are mostly recorded in English since they will be used in wide circulation for the local village schools in Haryana, where Hindi is the medium of instruction and English is offered as a language subject. My plan is to reach out to a large audience in these schools and spread the message of women empowerment and continue with my classes in other schools.

The student Aashu Kumari talks about my sessions on creative writing and how the topic of women's empowerment was introduced as part of story writing. She emphasizes that females should be self-reliant instead of relying on a prince. Aashu discussed her story about how women should learn self-defense to tackle unruly boys and how males in society should be educated to behave properly with women. She aspires to become a teacher and continue the mission of empowering females.

The student Ambika Roy highlights her learning about the five key elements of a story – Introduction, Rising Action, Climax, Falling Action, and Conclusion – and how these elements can improve a story. Ambika wants to become an Air Hostess, the first from her community, and her story centers on a determined woman driven to achieve her ambition. She stresses her understanding that females should be self-sufficient rather than waiting for support from men. The story made her realize the significance of women's empowerment.

The student Sapna Kumari shares how she was initially unsure how the creative writing project would benefit her. Over time, as she attended classes, she learned about creative writing and was inspired by the concept of women's empowerment. Her story describes how her father’s disapproval and brother’s rude behavior do not stop the female protagonist from pursuing her dreams. Sapna aims to make her community proud by becoming a teacher and empowering females, just like the character in her story.

The student Bharti Kashania mentions her career goal of becoming an officer in the prestigious IAS (Indian Administrative Service). She was inspired by me and my project to be fully determined and feel empowered to pursue her dream. Her story reflects the determination of a girl who, like her, wants to become an IAS officer and accomplishes that despite all odds.

Teacher/Principal testimonials:

The school-teacher Ms. Archana Arora shares how this project was amazingly successful as she felt I have been able to make a powerful impact in the lives of these female students and inspired them to tackle gender bias. The girls were filled with confidence and passion about what they want to achieve, and this is critical for them to strive and thrive in male dominated society, like which Is common in rural society. The students were motivated to write such amazing stories on the topic of women empowerment. These students learnt valuable lessons from me which they hopefully will be able to use in future.   Her heartfelt gratitude for my efforts made my day

At the end, school principal Mrs. Suman Malik expressed her gratitude and conveyed to me her blessings and wishes for making impact in the lives of girl students. She shared a letter of appreciation which is shared below
